FREIGHT
Free Freight does not apply to Tranfer Tape, oversize items, or fluids. The actual shipping charges will be billed to your credit card upon shipping. Drop shipments or special orders of non-stock items may incur additional freight charges.
Average shipping times are 1 day for New England, 2 days for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are not responsible for delayed shipments.
Drop shipment times range from 1 day (New Jersey Warehouse) to 7 working days (California Warehouse).
Special order or unusual items should be ordered before 11:00am for same day shipment.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE TO THE CARRIER.
We make every effort to ship items ordered by 3:30 p.m. the same day. Unusual shipment volume or special order items may prevent us from shipping your items on the day ordered. Call early to insure shipment. If you must receive the item the next day, ask about UPS Ground track service. (additional charge)
RETURNS
No returns without prior authorization.
All claims must be made within 10 days of invoice date.
Absolutely no returns on fabricated, cut sheet or custom orders.
ALL returns subject to 15% restocking charge.
MISCELLANEOUS
A service charge of $25.00 will be assessed for any check returned by your bank due to insufficient funds.
A service charge of 1 ½% per month will be assessed on all past due accounts.
